Living Room :

The living room is spacious with parquet flooring and red cedar ceiling and has a seating arrangement for up to 14 people. Living room is equipped with a 65" Smart Android TV for entertainment. Dining area has a unique live edge single wood 10 Seater dinning table.

Bathrooms :

• All Bedrooms have attached bathroom.
• Common Powder room is available on the ground floor.
• All bedrooms have spa-like shower bench with luxury bath fittings and shower cubicle.
• All bathrooms are modern with continuous hot water supply.
• Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided.

Kitchen & Meals:

• The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, OTG, RO Water Supply and a gas stove.
• Crockery is available for 14 people.
• Breakfast is complimentary.
• Veg and Non-Veg lunch and dinner can be provided in-house or at the restaurant at an additional cost as per the Restaurant Menu.
• Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes and making simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking.

• The villa has private lawn all around.
• Events can be organized at an additional cost with prior notice.

• A refundable security deposit will be collected before check-in. This amount is refundable if the total number of guests do not increase and the checkout time is adhered.
• A bonfire can be arranged on additional cost for Rs 2500/-.
• WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time is available in all the rooms.
• Mobile networks such as BSNL, Jio and Airtel work fairly well here.
